Is ZippyJog free?
Yes. Registration and usage are currently free. If you end up liking ZippyJog, you can support us by buying a voucher – it gives you access to more routes and priority access without waiting. Thanks to paying supporters, we can keep the servers running and create new routes.
How long does it take to get an invitation?
We are in test mode and we let people in gradually so we can keep tuning everything properly. Some people get an invitation in a few days, others in a few weeks. Do not worry, everyone will get their turn. If you have one of our vouchers with a QR code, it also works as an invitation and skips the wait.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. We handle the performance on the server side. All you need is an Android phone and a device with a web browser – a smart TV, a laptop, or even a phone whose image you can mirror to a TV.
How fast does my internet need to be?
If regular Full HD videos run fine in your home, for example on YouTube or Netflix, ZippyJog should run fine too. The most important thing is connection stability.
Does ZippyJog work on iPhone?
Not yet. At the moment, you need an Android phone that tracks your movement. iPhone support is planned for the future.
Do I need a modern treadmill?
You do not need one at all. You can even run in place, ride a stationary bike, or use a stepper. You simply attach the phone to your arm or leg and you are ready to go.
